What is a Webflow Developer job?

A Webflow Developer is a professional who specializes in building websites using Webflow, a no-code/low-code website design and development platform. They design, develop, and optimize responsive websites without traditional coding, using Webflow's visual editor, interactions, and CMS capabilities. Webflow Developers often collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to create visually appealing and functional websites. Collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability are key soft skills that help you thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments. These skills are vital for creating high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet client needs and adhere to best practices in web development.

Client Success Lead

Job description

You are a senior client leader who thrives in long-term strategic relationships. You've owned complex retainer portfolios before and know how to keep clients engaged, growing, and genuinely convinced you're a partner rather than a vendor. You're commercially sharp, technically credible, and able to lead a multidisciplinary team without micromanaging it.

You're proactive by default. You come to clients with ideas before they come to you with problems. You spot expansion opportunities early, you know what good digital strategy looks like, and you hold your own in conversations about web platforms, SEO, AEO, and creative direction.

Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. No other CMS, no ecommerce. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; solid knowledge of modern web platforms is the minimum bar.

About N4 Studio

We're a global digital agency of around 60 people specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. We're Webflow's number one agency partner globally, which shapes how we work and where we're headed.

  • Remote-first with a real global culture built for it, not bolted on
  • Deep access to Webflow's product roadmap and team
  • A seat at the leadership table with genuine influence over how the retainer function grows
  • One direct report from day one, with real scope to build the team further
  • Clear path to a Director-level role as we continue to scale
Who You Are
  • 6+ years across client success, account management, or SEO/AEO, ideally mixing agency and client-side experience
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, not just maintaining them
  • Technically credible: comfortable in conversations about CMS platforms, web performance, and digital strategy
  • Deep understanding of SEO and AEO, either from agency work or managing it across your own client portfolio
  • Strong design sensibility: you don't need to be a designer, but you know what good creative strategy looks like and can brief a team confidently
  • Experienced managing and mentoring direct reports
  • Commercially sharp with a clear instinct for upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Webflow experience is a significant advantage
  • Calm, structured, and decisive when priorities shift
What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning a portfolio of retainer clients across web, SEO, AEO, and content as their primary strategic contact at N4
  • Leading roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts
  • Managing and mentoring one direct report (a Client Success Manager) who supports day-to-day delivery
  • Driving upsells and account expansion, including Webflow's Optimize and Analyze products
  • Leading pitching and governance conversations at a senior level
  • Improving how the retainer function runs: processes, reporting, and client experience
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, and SEO/AEO specialists to align delivery with client needs
  • Contributing to forecasting and revenue planning with agency leadership
  • Playing an active role in business decisions as part of the N4 leadership team
