About the Role

Electric Mind is looking for a Webflow Designer / Digital Designer to support a short-term website and digital design initiative. This is a 2-month contract for a designer who is comfortable moving from concept to execution, with strong skills in Webflow, visual design, responsive layouts, animations, and interaction design.

The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, understands how to create polished digital experiences, and can build directly in Webflow with attention to performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.

What You'll Do
  • Design and build responsive pages and components in Webflow
  • Create polished layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Develop animations, transitions, hover states, and micro-interactions
  • Translate brand direction and visual concepts into production-ready web experiences
  • Work with existing design systems, style guides, and brand assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, developers, and content teams
  • Optimize pages for usability, performance, accessibility, and SEO basics
  • Maintain clean Webflow structure, including classes, symbols/components, CMS collections, and reusable patterns
  • QA pages across browsers and screen sizes
  • Support quick iterations based on feedback

What You'll Bring
 Ideal Candidate

You are a hands-on designer who can both design and build. You understand how to make a website feel premium, modern, and clear. You are comfortable working quickly, taking feedback, and making thoughtful decisions without needing heavy direction.

You should be able to balance creativity with practical execution, especially within Webflow.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience designing and building websites in Webflow
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and responsive design
  • Experience with Webflow animations and interactions
  • Ability to work from Figma designs or create new designs directly
  • Understanding of responsive design best practices
  • Familiarity with Webflow CMS, components, variables, and reusable class structures
  • Ability to produce polished, high-quality work within a short timeline
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
  • Attention to detail in both design and implementation
Nice to Have
  • Experience with B2B, consulting, technology, SaaS, or professional services websites
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Lottie, SVG animation, GSAP, or custom interaction patterns
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and web performance best practices
  • Experience working with marketing teams, brand teams, or content strategists
  • Ability to support light UX improvements, content layout, and conversion-focused design
