YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional off-hours work as needed.


YOUR DAY

As our Electrical Operations Foreman, you'll oversee field operations, support foremen, and ensure projects meet company standards. Your responsibilities include managing scheduling, forecasting, training, and attending project meetings for clear communication. You'll handle estimating, prepare bids, order materials, and coordinate with crews throughout the project. Additionally, you'll provide technical support for troubleshooting and assist clients with their questions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • State of Michigan Master Electrician
  • Electrical construction estimating experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in project scheduling and manpower allocation
  • Ability to expertly set up and run multiple crews and jobs
  • Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
