We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our residential new construction and service electrical operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of residential new construction electrical projects.

- Coordinate and schedule project timelines, resources, and installers.

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

- Supervise and mentor electrical crews, providing guidance and support.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

- Collaborate with clients, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports, P&L responsibility.

- Identify and resolve project issues promptly and effectively.

- Implement and maintain best practices for project management and operational efficiency.
