Job description

MSD is looking for an Electrical Lead Technician to join our team!

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Lead Technician to play a critical role in supporting and leading field operations. This individual will partner closely with the Electrical Operations Manager to guide a team of electricians, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership capacity while still enjoying time in the field. You’ll serve as the go-to technical resource for the team, providing guidance on installations across electrical systems—including services, distribution, lighting, equipment connections, and low voltage systems. Beyond technical execution, you’ll help coordinate schedules, support quoting efforts, and step in to complete service or project work as needed. Just as important, this person will act as a key liaison between the field and the customer—building strong relationships, identifying needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from project kickoff through completion. A strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and commitment to quality will be essential in driving both team success and customer satisfaction. If you’re someone who brings both leadership and technical expertise—and enjoys being the steady force that keeps projects and people moving forward—this is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role.

The Electrical Lead Technician supports the Electrical Operations Manager by supervising field electricians, coordinating assignments, and serving as a technical lead on projects.
