Job description

Operations Planning Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule: 100% Onsite (Monday–Friday)
Employment Type: Contract

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Planning Coordinator to support a busy Operations Planning team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of operational documentation, reports, and business information while supporting team productivity and service delivery objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting established service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of operational documents, reports, and related information.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports using predefined templates.
  • Perform data entry and administrative support activities with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and departmental objectives.
  • Review information for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain a basic understanding of insurance operations and applicable industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative, operations support, data entry, or related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, professional services, or a corporate operations environment.
