Operations Manager – Electrical Contractor position combine leadership in electrical construction with oversight of daily operations, safety, and project execution.


Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage tools, vehicles, and resources for assigned electrical territories or projects Indeed.
  • Project Execution: Ensure electrical scopes of work are completed efficiently without disrupting client operations Indeed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise field crews, coordinators, and subcontractors; set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity Indeed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with electrical codes, and maintain best practices Indeed.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Track costs, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project goals Indeed.
  • Client Relations: Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and service quality is maintained.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is helpful, but not required
  • Licenses: Journeymen or master electrical license required in many roles
