) Providence Living Center in Topeka, KS is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team, who will facilitate payroll, collections, and HR administrative functions in a health care company! This position earns a competitive salary of $23 - $25 per hour. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and daily pay options.
The primary responsibilities are cash collections, payroll, and the accurate reporting of same to corporate personnel.
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Collection for Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care (Room and Board, Private Pay and ancillaries) claims
  • Assisting employees during benefits enrollment
  • Assist with select onboarding duties for new employees

QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER
  • REQUIRED: 1-2 years' experience in reviewing payroll and cash collections.
  • Preferred: experience with Point Click Care.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.

This position works 8-5 Monday thru Friday with some weekend manager of duty as needed quarterly.
