Well-Staffed is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Weekend On-

Call Staffing Coordinator to help ensure our healthcare clients are fully staffed when they need us most.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact during weekends, coordinating staff coverage, responding to urgent staffing needs, and providing exceptional support to both our healthcare professionals and facility partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and fill open shifts for healthcare facilities.

  • Respond promptly to staffing requests, call-offs, and schedule changes.

  • Communicate professionally with employees and clients via phone, email, and text.

  • Maintain accurate schedules and employee records using staffing software.

  • Monitor attendance and address time-sensitive staffing issues.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.

  • Collaborate with the weekday staffing team to ensure seamless shift handoffs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
