Notre résidence pour personnes âgées est à la recherche d’un(e) animateur(trice) de loisirs dynamique et attentionné(e) afin de contribuer au bien-être et à la qualité de vie des résidents. La personne choisie aura pour mission de planifier et d’animer des activités variées favorisant la participation, la socialisation et le maintien de l’autonomie des résidents.

Description du poste

Sous la supervision de la direction de la résidence, l’animateur(trice) de loisirs organise, coordonne et anime des activités récréatives, sociales et culturelles adaptées aux intérêts et aux capacités des résidents.

Responsabilités principales
  • Planifier, organiser et animer des activités de loisirs adaptées aux résidents (jeux, activités culturelles, ateliers, sorties, célébrations, etc.).
  • Favoriser la participation et l’intégration des résidents aux différentes activités.
  • Créer un environnement chaleureux et stimulant pour les résidents.
  • Encourager les échanges et la socialisation entre les résidents.
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements afin de soutenir le bien-être global des résidents.
  • Participer à l’organisation d’événements spéciaux et d’activités thématiques au sein de la résidence.
  • Observer les besoins et les intérêts des résidents afin d’adapter la programmation des activités.
  • Assurer la préparation du matériel nécessaire aux activités.
Exigences et qualifications
  • Formation en loisirs, en animation ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout).
