Préparation des soumissions : Rédiger et présenter des offres compétitives et détaillées en respectant les délais et les exigences contractuelles. Recherche et négociation : Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour obtenir les meilleures conditions techniques et financières. Suivi des projets : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chargés de projet et les équipes de chantier afin de s’assurer que les estimations correspondent à la réalité du terrain. Optimisation : Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes d’estimation et tenir à jour une base de données fiable sur les coûts, matériaux et innovations du secteur. Votre profil Diplôme en génie civil, estimation ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle en estimation et/ou gestion de projets en ouvrages d’art. Bonne maîtrise des logiciels d’estimation et de lecture de plans et devis (ex. MS Project, AutoCAD, logiciels spécialisés en estimation). Connaissance approfondie des normes et règlements applicables aux ouvrages d’art au Québec. Esprit analytique, rigueur et souci du détail. Excellentes habiletés en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire.
