Driver Recruiter Job Description
A Driver Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening, & interviewing qualified applicants for Independent Contractor & Company Driver positions while also working closely with the Operations and Safety. The Driver Recruiter is also responsible for conducting new driver orientations processing new hirers through our onboarding program, and adhering to a standardized agenda and processes.
Driver Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Assist with the job posting and advertising process
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Go over company packages, perks, benefits, etc.
  • Collaborate and correspond with other departments such as Operations and Safety
  • Conduct new driver orientations
  • Process new hires through our onboarding program
