Job description

The Driver Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting the national recruiting efforts for Independent Contractors. This position focuses on volume and strategic hiring to attract qualified driving candidates to move freight throughout the United States & Canada. The recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process to ensure strong driver staffing aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified driver candidates nationwide utilizing Tenstreet Application tracking software
  • Coordinate phone interviews with candidates to pre-qualify based on experience
  • Screen applicants to assess fit and qualifications
  • Support new hire onboarding processes
  • Collect and manage required recruitment documentation
  • Collaborate with Safety department to ensure driver parameters are met
  • Run reports including, but not limited to: MVR, DAC, PSP and Criminal Reports
