Responsibilities:
  • List and market residential real estate properties.
  • Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with both buyers and sellers.
  • Present compelling listing value propositions to potential sellers.
  • Guide and advise clients through every important step of the real estate buying or selling process.
  • Dedicate yourself to working diligently for clients, ensuring a fruitful outcome.
  • Educate clients on the latest changes in the real estate industry, specifically focusing on buyer agencies.

Qualifications:
  • A full-time active real estate license is a must for this position. (No Part-Time).
  • Residing in or around Chino, CA, an Office is required for in-person training and meetings.
  • Being available Full-Time to handle lead calls as they come in.
  • Willingness to actively engage in a comprehensive training program tailored for success.
  • Embracing a team-oriented mindset that encourages sharing knowledge.
  • Displaying enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and energetic environment.
  • Availability to assist both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
