RE/MAX Crossroads Properties is seeking a full-time Administrative Professional for our Medina office to help keep our busy real estate office running efficiently and professionally.
We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on to keep everything on track.

Responsibilities
• Review and process real estate documents for accuracy and compliance
• Enter and manage listings/sales in MLS and Dotloop systems
• Track missing paperwork and follow up with agents as needed
• Welcome and assist office visitors, agents, and clients professionally
• Assist with onboarding new agents and office orientation
• Maintain office organization, supplies, and presentation
• Provide basic tech support/troubleshooting for agents and staff
• Manage daily office tasks, deadlines, and urgent requests calmly and efficiently
Qualifications
• Strong computer and technology skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
