  • Review all contracts and disclosures for accuracy, ensuring correct signatures, dates, and compliance at every step
  • Coordinate and attend closings, anticipating and solving problems before they hold up a deal
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, submit files to the broker for compliance, and track every transaction's status in real time
  • Juggle competing deadlines across multiple concurrent transactions without losing accuracy or client experience

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on transaction coordination experience required, ideally managing a high volume of concurrent transactions
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders at once
  • Working knowledge of purchase agreements, escrow, titles, and mortgage processes
  • CRM and transaction management software experience (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Real estate license or coursework a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings: $88,000 (breakdown below)
