We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Dotloop management system, have the ability to oversee a team of virtual assistants for task management, handle and streamline volume efficiently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of real estate transaction processes.
Responsibilities
• Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
• Coordinate timelines, documents, and communication between transaction parties
• Oversee and lead a team of virtual assistants
• Ensure all required signatures and documentation are completed and filed in Dotloop before transaction close
• Keep all parties updated throughout the transaction process
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance
• Meet critical deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year Transaction Coordinator experience or in a similar real estate administrative role
• Proficiency in Dotloop, Outlook, and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Experience performing with high-volume transactions and creating efficiencies
• Tech-savvy with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
