Join a Leading Real Estate Team Built to Elevate Your Career
The Sunny Darden Group stands as a premier real estate team in North Texas, operating with the efficiency and structure of a true business rather than a loose network of independent agents. If you're already producing results and want to stop building systems from the ground up, our established infrastructure is ready for you from day one. This includes cutting-edge technology, marketing support, transaction coordination, lead generation, and direct leadership access-all provided.
We seek a seasoned agent eager to expand their current production without spending years reinventing the process alone.
Technology Provided
Our agents utilize a comprehensive, team-wide technology platform, including:
  • Slack for seamless team communication
  • Brivity CRM to manage leads, clients, and follow-ups
  • Dotloop for streamlined transaction paperwork
  • Remine and Landvoice for prospecting and market insights
  • AreaPro for detailed local market data
  • PLACE's full technology suite, tailored specifically for high-performing real estate teams

Marketing & Transaction Support
A dedicated Contract-to-Close coordinator oversees all paperwork and deadlines from contract signing through closing. Our in-house marketing team supports every agent with listing promotion, social media content creation, branded materials, and campaign management.
Leads & Growth
  • Access to team-generated leads in addition to your personal sphere and referrals
  • Direct communication with leadership and top producers, with no management layers
  • Continuous training and coaching through PLACE's platform
  • Mentorship programs with performance-based compensation as you advance

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual earnings between $150,000 and $200,000
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Opportunities for revenue sharing
  • Growth share incentives
  • Vesting and investment options to build long-term wealth
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage an active pipeline of buyer and seller clients from lead to close
  • Work leads provided by the team alongside your own sphere and referrals
  • Represent clients at showings, listing appointments, negotiations, and closings
  • Use Brivity CRM to track every client and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing and transaction teams on listings and paperwork
  • Mentor newer agents as your production grows (compensated)
Qualifications
You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Are:
  • Active Texas real estate license
  • Track record of closed production as a licensed agent
  • Comfortable working inside a CRM and team-provided systems (Brivity, Dotloop, Slack)
  • Strong communication skills with clients, lenders, and other agents
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and open to team-based lead generation
