Job description

Summary
Job Title
Real Estate Agent
Your Opportunity
Become Part of a Real Estate Powerhouse Designed to Amplify Your Success
The Sunny Darden Group is a top-producing real estate team in North Texas, built to run like an actual business rather than a collection of independent agents sharing an office. If you're already producing and tired of building your own systems from scratch, this is infrastructure you can plug into on day one: technology, marketing, transaction coordination, leads, and direct access to leadership, all included.
We're looking for an experienced agent ready to scale existing production instead of spending the next few years reinventing the wheel solo.
Technology Provided
Agents work inside a modern, team-wide tech stack:
  • Slack for team communication
  • Brivity CRM for lead, client, and follow-up management
  • Dotloop for transaction paperwork
  • Remine and Landvoice for prospecting and market data
  • AreaPro for local market intelligence
  • PLACE's full technology suite, built specifically for high-performing real estate teams

Marketing & Transaction Support
An in-house Contract-to-Close coordinator manages paperwork and deadlines from contract to closing. A dedicated marketing team handles listing marketing, social media content, branded materials, and campaign support for every agent on the team.
Leads & Growth
  • Leads provided as part of the team's infrastructure, on top of your own sphere and referrals
  • Direct access to leadership and top-producing agents, no management layers in between
  • Ongoing access to PLACE's training and coaching platform
  • Mentorship opportunities with compensation attached as you grow

Compensation & Benefits
  • $150,000-$200,000
  • Health benefits
  • Revenue share opportunities
  • Growth share opportunities
  • Vesting and investing opportunities
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage an active pipeline of buyer and seller clients from lead to close
  • Work leads provided by the team alongside your own sphere and referrals
  • Represent clients at showings, listing appointments, negotiations, and closings
  • Use Brivity CRM to track every client and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing and transaction teams on listings and paperwork
  • Mentor newer agents as your production grows (compensated)
Qualifications
You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Are:
  • Active Texas real estate license
  • Track record of closed production as a licensed agent
  • Comfortable working inside a CRM and team-provided systems (Brivity, Dotloop, Slack)
  • Strong communication skills with clients, lenders, and other agents
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and open to team-based lead generation
