Judge Fite Company, Inc. | Operations | Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) | On-SiteABOUT THE ROLE: Judge Fite Company is looking for an Agent Services Manager to be the operational heartbeat of one of our real estate offices. You are the first person agents turn to - helping them onboard, navigate our systems, close transactions cleanly, and stay focused on selling - while keeping the office itself safe, welcoming, and well run.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Agent and Operations Support

  • Provide one-on-one support to agents - onboarding, systems training, and day-to-day operational questions.
  • Provide title companies with CDA information as required by location.
  • Record all deposits and corresponding agent check disbursements promptly and accurately in Darwin.
  • Support Regional and District Sales Managers with office communication, event planning, industry participation, and general administrative needs.

Facilities Management

  • Keep the office - inside and out - clean, safe, and welcoming for agents, clients, and customers.
  • Complete the daily opening and closing checklist.
  • Maintain current required postings.
  • Oversee office functions and scheduling.
  • Coordinate the purchase, repair, and replacement of supplies, furniture, and equipment.

Communication and Leadership

  • Serve as a sounding board for agents to share ideas, concerns, and wins.
  • Deliver office communications to the agent team.
  • Set a positive, upbeat, service-first tone for everyone who walks through the door.
  • Lead by example in both mindset and action.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or office management.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven multi-tasking and time management under strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A team-oriented, service-minded approach and a leadership mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Active Real Estate License (preferred, not required).
  • Experience with industry platforms such as Matrix, Darwin, Skyslope, Dotloop, and ActivePipe.
