Overview
This role supports daily IT operations, equipment deployment, and ongoing IT projects across the broader needs of an enterprise-level organization.
Responsibilities include user support, device setup, basic network work, and execution of assigned project tasks. The position operates within established priorities and processes, contributing to the reliability and consistency of IT systems across the organization.
This role is suited for someone who can take ownership of assigned work, operate with consistency, and continue developing technical skills in a structured environment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Help Desk & User Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for end users across multiple locations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
  • Escalate complex issues when needed

Equipment & Deployment
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Manage equipment assignments, reassignments, and returns
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Systems & Network Support
  • Assist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user account management
  • Support device configuration, standards, and compliance
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates
  • Assist with basic network tasks, including:
  • Terminating and testing Ethernet drops
  • Installing and troubleshooting switches, access points, and cabling
  • Supporting office and job site network setups

Collaboration & Platform Support
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Assist users with access, file organization, and basic troubleshooting in SharePoint
  • Help maintain consistency and usability of shared resources

Project Execution
  • Assist with ongoing IT projects (deployments, migrations, infrastructure updates)
  • Execute assigned tasks within defined timelines
  • Provide onsite support at various company locations and job sites

Requirements
Experience
  • 3-5 years of IT experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple users or locations is a plus

Technical Skills (Preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Active Directory (ADDS)
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Basic networking knowledge (switches, cabling, troubleshooting)
  • Experience with device setup and deployment
  • Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive environments
  • Remote support tools and RMM platforms
  • Exposure to Azure environments is a plus
  • Experience with basic cabling or network installation work is strongly preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with both technical support and hands-on physical IT work
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks
  • Organized and able to follow defined processes
  • Willing to learn and grow within a structured IT environment

Work Environment & Requirements
  • Travel required to company locations and job sites
  • Must be able to meet site access requirements, which may include:
  • Drug screenings
  • Background checks
  • Safety and site-specific training
  • Must be comfortable working in industrial environments and adhering to safety requirements, including physical IT work (cabling, equipment installs, etc.)
