You will be building strong relationships with clients and will help drive profitable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Client discovery process
  • Communicating the educational standards of the program
  • Assessing rules, regulations, and guidelines as they pertain to the situation of the Customer.
  • Identify Customer goals.
  • Assessing and advising on Customer leverage positions and forecasting a budget to meet goals.
  • Assessing reliability of means to meet goals and building a plan for growth of means using leveraged positions
  • Understanding and assessing the appraisal and asset sources.

Position Requirements
Requirements:
  • College Level Algebra or testing equivalent.
  • College Level Business Writing or testing equivalent.
  • MLO License
  • Underwriter Certifications
    • FHA Direct Endorsement CHUMS ID
    • VA SAR and Automatic Underwriting
    • USDA Underwriting
    • Conventional Underwriting
  • Virtual Currency Certification
    • Understanding Virtual Currencies
    • Overcoming the Last Mile Problem
    • Leveragability and risk of Virtual Currency
    • Establishing Utility in a Circular Economy
