Job description

Leverage Companies is a dynamic real estate private equity platform on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. We operate a vertically integrated ecosystem comprised of these divisions.
Founded in 2018 proudly headquartered in Newark, NJ, we are scaling rapidly and building a world-class team committed to operational excellence, bold growth, and long-term impact.
Leverage Homes is a real estate private equity firm backed by Leverage Companies, a national investment group on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. As a fund manager and operator, our team has executed over $4 billion in real estate transactions and is on pace to deploy $800 million in capital across our debt and equity platforms in 2025 - targeting SFR and small to mid-cap multifamily assets.
We combine the speed and scrappiness of a startup with the discipline and firepower of an institutional investment firm.
Position Overview
This role sits within Leverage Homes, the acquisitions arm of our platform. As an Acquisition Manager, you are the control center of our sales pipeline, responsible for both speed-to-lead on new inquiries and the ongoing nurturing of existing leads until they are ready to sell. You will qualify sellers, build rapport, and maintain consistent follow-up across hundreds of leads.
The goal is simple: make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks, whether it is a brand-new inbound lead or someone who said, "call me next month." This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that rewards consistency, precision, and drive. You will spend your day on the phones, managing follow-ups, setting quality appointments, and keeping Salesforce perfectly organized. The right person is competitive, coachable, and thrives on seeing their work turn into closed deals and measurable results.
Top performers advance quickly into the Senior Acquisition Manager role and, over time, into Vice President positions within our acquisitions team, running negotiations, closing transactions, and managing higher-level deal flow.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to new inbound leads immediately, with a goal of under 60 seconds during coverage hours.
  • Make more than 100 outbound calls each day to new, active, and nurture leads through our Smart Dialer system.
  • Qualify sellers using our frameworks for motivation, condition, timeline, and price.
  • Build relationships with warm leads and follow up consistently until timing aligns.
  • Set, confirm, and track appointments for Vice Presidents while maintaining strong show rates.
  • Keep Salesforce accurate and organized with notes, statuses, timestamps, and next steps for every lead.
  • Track and report key metrics including contact rate, appointment set rate, and conversion by source.
  • Review your own pipeline weekly to identify missed opportunities or stalled leads.
  • Work closely with Marketing and VPs to improve lead quality and overall conversion

What Success Looks Like
  • 35% or higher same-day contact rate on new leads.
  • 12-20% appointment set rate depending on source.
  • 70% or higher show rate through consistent confirmations.
  • 100% accuracy in CRM data and lead dispositions.
  • Full pipeline coverage with no forgotten leads.

Tools You'll Use
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Smart Dialer for click-to-dial and multi-line calling
  • SMS and voicemail tools for compliant outreach, performance dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $30,000 per year.
  • Non-Recoverable Draw: $1,250 per month for the first six months, non-recoverable and resetting monthly.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 to $90,000 or more in year one, with top performers earning $120,000 or more by year two.
  • The draw provides stability during your ramp-up period while you master the systems and build consistent production.
  • Compensation scales directly with performance.
  • The better you get, the faster your income grows.

Why Join Us
Leverage Companies is not a typical real estate firm. It is a high-energy, fully integrated platform that touches every part of the investment lifecycle. From acquisitions and lending to renovations, construction, and asset management, our structure gives us unmatched efficiency, speed, and control. You will join a team of high performers who move fast, think strategically, and push for excellence every day.
Leadership is accessible, systems are proven, and the culture rewards people who take ownership and execute at a high level. We are not just building a real estate company. We are building a movement, creating opportunities for talented people to build wealth, lead teams, and grow with a platform that is expanding nationwide. If you thrive in a competitive, high-energy environment where results matter and growth is earned, you will fit right in.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated hunger for growth, leadership, and high performance required.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a phone-based or inside sales environment preferred.
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and coachable with a bias for action.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Committed to mastering real estate acquisitions fundamentals and developing into leadership.

We're Looking For
  • You don't need experience; you need hunger.
  • A top-tier communicator who is clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Coachable, competitive, and obsessed with personal growth.
  • Comfortable on the phone and in fast-paced environments.
  • Reliable, professional, and consistent every single day.
  • Organized and tech-savvy, able to manage large lead volume in Salesforce.
  • Willing to work evenings or weekends when needed; closers don't watch the clock.
  • Bachelor's degree a plus, but production matters more than paper.
