Role Description This full-time hybrid Real Estate Salesperson role is based in Beverly Hills, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Salesperson will facilitate residential property transactions, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing listing presentations, and guiding clients through pricing, offers, and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, managing listings on multiple platforms, coordinating open houses and private tours, and collaborating with team members, escrow officers, and other industry professionals to ensure smooth closings. The role also involves delivering high-quality client service, maintaining a robust CRM database, and leveraging marketing tools and social media to build a personal brand aligned with the Christieโ€™s International Real Estate Southern California standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations and practices.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing residential real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
