Listing Coordination:
• Manage the full pre-market listing process from signed agreement through market debut

• Gather all pre-listing notes and photo documentation about the property, including systems, features, upgrades, history, etc
• Coordinate showing availability and open house times with agents for occupied listings
• Communicate consistently with sellers to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
• Collaborate with team listing agents to ensure listings are prepared effectively for the market

• High-level organizational and project management abilities
• Heart, grit, service-based attitude, and commitment to excellence
• Licensed or willing to obtain a real estate license (required; support provided)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling strong personalities and maintaining professional communication
• Extremely detail-oriented; must love checklists and completing a large volume of tasks
• Learning-based, coachable, and eager to grow
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
