We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee complex roofing projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship & Business Development: Drive sales, retain clients, and secure referrals through strong relationship management and industry involvement.
  • Estimating & Preconstruction Management: Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, manage submittals, subcontractors, and pre-construction documentation.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely, under-budget completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with AP/AR, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Safety & Quality Control Enforcement: Uphold safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and document all compliance and field conditions.
  • Field Operations & Documentation: Conduct regular sites visits, oversee jobsite logistics, and manage project reporting and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Our ideal Roofing Project Manager candidate will have:

  • 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience; weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience preferred
  • Excellent communications skills and customer service experience; business development skills and experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of project financial management
  • Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
