Job description

As a Project Manager you will lead and coordinate endtoend SAP project activities within the U.S. region, with a primary focus on SAP EWM while also supporting initiatives across other SAP modules as needed. This role acts as the key bridge between the customer and internal global delivery teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful project outcomes. The Project Manager will communicate effectively at management level, oversee project governance, and support longterm customer relationships. This position requires strong leadership, crossfunctional understanding of logistic processes, and the ability to manage both technical and business expectations.

Your role in our team

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on SAP EWM and broader SAP project initiatives
  • Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery tracking across multiple SAP modules
  • Facilitate communication between customer stakeholders and internal technical/functional teams located globally, including Germany
  • Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively escalate risks or issues
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and contractual commitments
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and change requests in coordination with internal leadership
  • Act as an account manager for assigned customers, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future engagements
  • Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with SAP EWM and other SAP module best practices
  • Coordinate testing cycles, cutover activities, and golive support
  • Maintain documentation, project governance, and compliance with internal PMO standards

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within SAP or supply chain technology environments
  • Proven experience managing SAP projects mainly EWM; exposure to other SAP modules (WM, TM, MM, PP, PM, or S/4HANA logistics) is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain fundamentals
  • Experience working directly with customers in a consulting or delivery environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
