We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-comfortable individual to join our team as an Engineering Documentation Specialist.

Position Overview

The Engineering Documentation Specialist helps manage and organize important Engineering documentation and structured business information.

Initially, this role will primarily support our Engineering Department by reviewing and organizing Bills of Material (BOMs), which are detailed lists of the components used to manufacture products. Over time, the role will expand to support company-wide documentation systems within our Quality Department, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, forms, and controlled business records.

This role is ideal for someone who:

This is NOT a clerical filing position. This role plays an important part in helping Wesley build scalable business systems, organized operational processes, and high-quality documentation standards. No Engineering or Quality experience is required. To the extent that technical knowledge is required we will provide it.


What You Will Do

Engineering Documentation Support

  • Review and organize Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Verify information accuracy and completeness
  • Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information
  • Maintain organized digital engineering records
  • Support engineering documentation workflows
  • Help maintain product data accuracy within company systems


Quality Documentation Support

  • Maintain controlled copies of SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and policies
  • Track document revisions and approvals
  • Help maintain organized documentation systems
  • Support audit and compliance preparation activities
  • Assist with training documentation and recordkeeping


Systems & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems
  • Generate reports and tracking updates
  • Coordinate document updates across departments
  • Follow established SOPs and Work Instructions carefully
  • Utilize AI-assisted productivity tools responsibly and effectively
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives


Technology & Systems Environment
