Department Information
Georgia Southern University's Manufacturing Engineering department stands out with its hands-on approach, covering advanced topics like robotics, automation, plant floor operations, and additive manufacturing. Job Summary
T he Department of Manufacturing Engineering is now accepting applications for a pool of part time instructors for the 2026-2027 academic year. The successful applicant will be asked to teach undergraduate courses in the Manufacturing Engineering Program.
Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses
• Applicants will teach in face-to-face modalities

Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering in Industrial setting is preferred.

Proposed Salary
Commensurate with experience.
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
