ARC Document Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Project Manager – Scanning Services to oversee the operations of our Document Scanning Centers across the United States.  The successful candidate will be responsible for sales support activities, performing customer assessments and preparing sales proposals, coordinating with customers and ARC Service Centers to deliver scanning services and Project Management of strategic projects.

In this role you will:   

  • Coordinate and support ARC's nationwide Scanning Centers to ensure consistent execution, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery
  • Lead and manage large-scale scanning and document conversion projects from inception through completion, ensuring all project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are achieved
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with approved Statements of Work (SOWs), contractual requirements, and service level expectations
  • Support Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle by participating in customer assessments, solution design, project scoping, and proposal development
  • Conduct customer site assessments to evaluate document management requirements, workflow processes, project risks, and implementation strategies
  • Define detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and operational requirements that align customer expectations with service delivery capabilities
  • Assist in negotiating and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring contractual terms support operational execution and customer objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and production operations to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project performance, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices across all scanning and archiving projects.

Requirements:   

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in document scanning solutions. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
