  • Provide estate planning services for clients handed off by Legal Directors

  • Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs

  • Prepare revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs

  • Draft estate planning documents using personal methods or company templates

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest state laws

  • Work with internal Legal Directors and other tax, business, and financial professionals

  • Serve an established book of business with households holding average client assets of $1 million to $10 million
