At Healey Brothers, we believe in growing talent from the ground up. We're currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Scanner. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting - no prior experience required!
What You'll Do:
As a Document Scanner, you'll help us digitize important files and keep our systems organized and running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Preparing documents for scanning (removing staples, sorting pages, etc.)
  • Using scanning equipment to convert paper files to digital format
  • Checking scanned images for clarity and accuracy
  • Organizing digital files into folders and databases
  • Labeling and filing documents based on our internal system
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Working closely with our office and administrative teams to keep everything on track
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Friendly and willing to be part of a team

Requirements:
