Job Description

We are looking for an attorney to assist our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. You will be working directly with our clients and will have access to our team of internal Legal Directors and other professionals.


Principle Duties

  • Receive hand-offs from our Legal Directors to provide estate planning services for our clients.
  • Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs.
  • Typical work product includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, LLCs.
  • Draft estate planning documents using your own methods or use our document templates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest state laws.
  • Work with our team of friendly professionals.
  • Work with an established book of business: Households with average client assets from $1 million to $10 million
  • We give you clients because they are already our clients!


Requirements

  • Must be licensed in the posted state. Entry level attorneys will be considered.
  • Can conduct client meetings virtually, but must be able to meet clients to oversee document execution. We can help identify conference room space if necessary.
