Position Overview

Parkway Family Mazda Kia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Processor to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry or office administration.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply today.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Additional Requirement: One Saturday per month

Responsibilities

  • Process and organize dealership paperwork
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with vehicle sales and registration documentation
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Communicate with internal departments as needed
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Support dealership operations and management team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous office experience is a plus but not required
