POSITION OVERVIEW

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) is seeking a Document Control Support 1 professional to provide administrative and operational support for regulatory and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation activities.

The selected candidate will support document-control operations, coordinate document revisions, track document activity, maintain organized records, and assist with document distribution and mail services. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to follow established procedures in a structured, process-driven environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support regulatory and GMP compliance documentation activities.

  • Coordinate the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions.

  • Track document activity to ensure timely processing and efficient workflow.

  • Perform document distribution activities.

  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems and records.

  • Support mail services and document-handling activities.
