Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Document Control Assistant to keep project drawings, specifications, submittals, and records accurate, current, and easy to find. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Upload, name, organize, and distribute project documents using established procedures.
• Maintain logs for drawings, revisions, submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials.
• Check documents for completeness and route them to the correct team members.
• Archive superseded and final records while protecting confidential information.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of office, records, data-entry, or administrative experience.
• Strong file organization and attention to detail.
• Basic PDF, email, Word, and Excel skills; training will be provided.
