As a multi-discipline, self-performing leader, we execute a significant portion of our work in-house. This provides strong exposure across all phases of execution-from documentation control and engineering support through turnaround execution and project closeout. You'll work in detail-driven environments where accuracy and information management are critical to success.
This role is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational work schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control project documentation in accordance with company and client standards
  • Maintain document control systems for drawings, specifications, and project records
  • Ensure proper version control, distribution, and archiving of documents
  • Coordinate with engineering, project teams, and clients on document updates
  • Track and log incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
  • Support turnaround execution by ensuring field teams have access to current documentation
  • Assist with turnover packages and project closeout documentation
  • Maintain document registers and reporting logs
  • Ensure compliance with document control procedures and audit requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience in document control within industrial construction or engineering projects
  • Familiarity with document management systems and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control software
  • Ability to manage high volumes of documentation accurately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation is an asset
Work Conditions:
  • Site-based position in Fort McMurray, AB
