Job Title: Division 8 Project Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Division 8 Project Management and a thorough understanding of the construction industry, particularly in building doors and frames. Proficiency in Comsense is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Division 8 projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood

  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate regularly with stakeholders

  • Oversee all aspects of the project, including procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation

  • Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure that all products and services meet or exceed industry standards

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively

  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Division 8 Project Management, with a focus on building doors and frames

  • Proficiency in Comsense (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
