What types of disputes might I handle in a dispute resolution role, and how varied are the cases?
In a Dispute Resolution position, you may work on a wide range of cases including commercial, workplace, consumer, contractual, or even community disputes, depending on the industry and employer. The variety can be significant, with each case presenting unique facts, parties, and stakes, which keeps the role engaging and requires adaptability. This diversity in cases offers excellent opportunities to develop versatile communication and problem-solving skills, making the role both challenging and rewarding.
What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a dispute resolution position, and why are they important?
