As a dispatcher for our home service company, you’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by coordinating service calls, supporting our field technicians, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations efficiently and on time
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Monitor the status of jobs throughout the day and adjust scheduling as needed
  • Work closely with the service team to solve logistical issues quickly
  • Enter and update job details in dispatch software
  • Help keep the day organized, productive, and moving forward
