Responsibilities
โ€ข Receive incoming calls and accurately record customer information and service requests
โ€ข Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity, ensuring timely response
โ€ข Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service technicians, and other team members throughout the service process
โ€ข Document all service activities, including resolutions and follow-up actions, in the company database
