Evan's Towing & Recovery | Florence, AZ

Evan's Towing & Recovery is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Dispatch drivers efficiently
  • Communicate with customers and drivers
  • Enter and update job information accurately
  • Monitor active calls throughout the shift
Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Dispatch experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule:

  • Full-time overnight shift
  • Weekend availability required
  • Training will be completed on the day shift before transitioning to the overnight schedule.
