Job Summary:

This position is for Overnight Dispatcher. This position is guest service providing a variety of information to our guests, homeowners, and fellow resort employees. Task include working the front entrance gate, servicing calls and radio calls at dispatch and primarily dispatching information to our patrol. This is an overnight position.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $28.65/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests.
  • Issue appropriate passes to all vehicles without passes.
  • Ensure the Beaver Creek Resort regulations are adhered to.
  • Dispatch duties.
  • Answer multiple phone lines and dispatch calls as needed.
  • Dispatch patrol to assorted calls including alarms, unlocks, and other calls.
  • Monitor and transmit for up to two radios, handle emergencies by logging calls and dispatching information to appropriate parties.  Communicate with parking attendants to coordinate access to the village parking lots.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Able to read, write, speak, understand, and comprehend English fluently - required
  • Clean driving record and be able to obtain Colorado Driver License by start date - required
  • At least 2 years guest service experience - required
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - required
  • Knowledge of resort and surrounding areas - highly preferred
  • Previous Beaver Creek Public Safety Experience - highly preferred
  • College Degree - preferred

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $28.65/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
