Job description

The Night Dispatcher will oversee nighttime dispatch operations for a service company in Bayridge, Brooklyn, ensuring efficient route planning and driver coordination. This role requires experience in dispatching within New York to effectively support drivers and maintain customer satisfaction during shift hours (2PM-11PM).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dispatch activities during night shift to optimize service delivery
  • Plan and adjust routes to maximize efficiency and meet service timelines
  • Provide timely support and communication to drivers on duty
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and issues during shift

Preferred Qualifications
