JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our customer lounge.

The Part-Time Receptionist position at Jim Glover Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a valuable role within our company. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.

Schedule
  • This position features a rotating schedule, alternating workdays with another part-time receptionist.
  • Evening shifts are scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Morning shifts are scheduled every other Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Compensation
  • $13.00/hour
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer lounge by tidying up and restocking supplies as needed
