Job description

Commercial Demand Planner

Location: Tampa, FL

Join our outstanding Tampa-based team, where you will lead client communications and commercial demand planning activities while ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting clients, supply planning, and operational delivery.

This is a fully sitebased role. Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain and manage client demand forecasts in SAP/IBP, providing updates on delivery timelines, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Commercial teams, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align on demand planning and execution.
Lead regular client meetings, creating productive environments and delivering actionable insights.
Support S&OP and long-range business planning processes with data-driven analysis and reporting.
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, backlog, and contract adherence, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement.
Contribute to master data management activities and work toward becoming an SME in IBP and demand planning systems.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, demand planning, contract manufacturing, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Experience with SAP and/or IBP systems, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in demand planning tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate KPIs, and identify actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
