  • Develop and maintain an accurate demand plan through cross-functional collaboration
  • Analyze portfolio strategies, market conditions, pricing, and geopolitical factors to inform forecasts
  • Influence product mix and margin optimization with Business Units
  • Use advanced analytics and predictive modeling to generate demand signals and buffers
  • Coordinate demand handoff and supply buffers with Central Material & Fulfillment
  • Enhance pipeline visibility and customer demand tracking with Marketing and Regional Planning
  • Support predictive revenue and margin planning with Finance and Revenue Planning
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in demand planning
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supply chain experience (Cisco or Industry)
  • preferably in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Demand Planning
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with End-to-end planning processes
  • Knowledge of inventory management
