Job description

As a Manufacturing Production Scheduler Sr within IGNITE, you will work in the Severn Operations Manufacturing Team and will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules in partnership with Manufacturing Project Managers.
This role ensures that project timelines are realistic, resources are allocated efficiently, and all stakeholders have up to date visibility into schedule status. The Scheduler will evaluate schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:
Build detailed master production schedules (MPS) based on project scope, capacity, and material availability.
Continuously update schedules to reflect changes in demand, resource constraints, or engineering revisions.
Align project schedules with supply chain, tooling, and workforce plans.
Work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers to gather status updates, milestone completions, and change requests.
Facilitate regular schedule review meetings (e.g., weekly "schedule syncs") with cross functional teams.
Provide clear, concise schedule reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, tools, and data flows.
