Psychological Assessment Specialist (Licensed Psychologist)

The IMA Group is seeking a licensed psychologist in Huntsville, AL to provide psychological assessments in an evaluation-only role. This position is ideal for clinicians who prefer testing and diagnostic work over ongoing therapy.
Schedule Options
- Disability Evaluations: 1 day per month (in-person required)
- VA Telehealth (optional): Up to 1 day per week if interested (telehealth to start)
- Flexible, low-commitment structure with potential to expand hours
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
- Administer and interpret cognitive, intellectual, and functional testing as needed
- Complete Mental Status Exams and clinical documentation
- Prepare clear, objective, evidence-based evaluation reports
- Maintain accurate electronic records

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
- Active, unrestricted Alabama psychology license
