Job description

Column Five is seeking a part-time transition to full-time eventually mid-level Producer to service our accounts. Column Five is a strategic creative agency that helps ambitious brands find and tell their best stories to drive real results.
Producers are liaisons to a dedicated list of clients, they are both project managers and creatives. Producers work directly with our 100% remote team and our clients to produce and deliver digital marketing content. Producers share the responsibility for the overall quality of our work and whether it supports the strategic objectives for a client. The producer position reports to the Director of Production.
As a Producer at Column Five, you'll work with a vibrant team in a fast-paced and remote work environment built on collaboration, camaraderie, freedom, and flexibility. PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Manage and communicate scope, timelines, budgets and objectives in our project management software, ClickUp
  • Lead and manage communication and relationship growth with our clients and all team members (including contractors)
  • Design and lead creative brainstorm and ideation sessions for internal project teams
  • Present ideas to clients, participate in pitching concepts and generating strategies for account growth
  • Curiosity about the work, the client, the market, and how to make everything 10% better

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS
  • Project Management
    • Advanced skills, experience prioritizing a varied workload and proficiency with one project management tool like ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar
    • Experience creating and managing a content calendar or schedules for multiple digital creative projects at once
    • Experience leveraging quarterly account budgets to meet strategic goals
  • Client Service
    • Deliver great client experience at all levels of our clients' organizations using adaptive and strategic communication, including strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Leadership
    • Be a proactive contributor to the team and our business
    • Refine and grow others' ideas and team performance by regularly articulating constructive criticisms during team ideation, retrospectives and peer feedback
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and find ways to incorporate into projects and share knowledge and trends with other members of C5
    • Humility to listen, grow, and learn

COMPENSATION
Compensation is dependent upon experience and the need to the business. The current opening is for a part-time, hourly employee with a pay range of $40 - $50/hour.
