Licensed Insurance Agent | Existing Clients & Warm Leads | Base + Bonus

New Jersey Territory | Life & Health Insurance | $70K-$80K+ Total Compensation - Must live in New Jersey

Are you a licensed insurance professional looking for an opportunity where you can focus on helping clients rather than spending all your time prospecting for new business?

We are seeking a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent to support an established client base throughout New Jersey. This role provides access to existing relationships, referral-based opportunities, and a strong support structure that allows you to spend more time advising clients and less time chasing leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for insurance professionals who enjoy consultative selling, relationship management, and helping individuals and families protect their financial future.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients virtually and in person to review insurance needs and coverage options

  • Educate clients on life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity plans, and supplemental insurance products

  • Conduct benefit reviews, enrollment meetings, and annual policy reviews

  • Manage and grow relationships within an assigned client portfolio

  • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up throughout the client lifecycle

  • Coordinate recurring client visits and meetings within your assigned territory

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships
