• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to gain a thorough understanding of their mental health concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, utilizing best practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients, ensuring high-quality support regardless of geographical limitations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, training, and peer supervision to continuously refine clinical skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Infinity Wellness Center, you will work primarily with diverse individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Our patients include adults, adolescents, and families, creating a rich and varied client base that demands skilled and compassionate care.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• A genuine empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions, respecting their diverse life experiences and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative duties.

• Experience in providing therapy across a range of mental health issues, particularly in community health settings, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital mental health tools that enhance client engagement and care.
• Proven track record of developing effective treatment plans and working towards measurable therapeutic outcomes.
