• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, leading to the development of effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy utilizing proven therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to align with each client’s personal goals and circumstances.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic objectives with clients and regularly track their progress to ensure meaningful advancements in their mental health journey.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive consistent support regardless of their location or situation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing training and educational opportunities that deepen your expertise and enhance client care.

The clientele at Infinity Wellness Center varies widely, ranging from young adults grappling with anxiety and depression to individuals facing complex trauma. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized communities. Your role is integral in providing compassionate, culturally sensitive therapy that respects and understands the unique perspectives and challenges faced by each client.

• Possession of a valid and current mental health license in New York State, such as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor as you navigate clients' emotional landscapes.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively and maintain administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and reporting tasks.
