• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's preferences and circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Define measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Implement teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions, thereby broadening the reach of our services.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging practices in mental health care.

Your focus will be on assisting individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. • A current and valid license to practice as a mental health counselor—such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a varied caseload and administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, practical experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can be advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and professional growth within the field of mental health.
