Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agency seeking a licensed, highly motivated, and skilled Insurance and Financial Services Sales Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new clients. As an Insurance and Financial Services Sales Agent Team Member, you will also be responsible for pivoting to existing clients after determining their needs through high-level conversation. Ideal candidates will have a record of meeting or exceeding previous sales quotas and have experience in insurance sales. Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

  • Property and Casualty license and/or Life, Accident & Health license (must have P&C and/or L&H)
  • Must be able to obtain any additional licensing required
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
