Job Description:
Join an innovative technology organization building a cloud-native, API-driven platform that is disrupting their industry. As a Software Development Team Lead, you will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, guiding an Agile development team while remaining an active contributor to the codebase. In this role, you will partner closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, serve as the technical subject matter expert for your platform domain, and ensure delivery of high-quality features that support key business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional Agile development team including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
  • Serve as the technical SME for a specific platform domain and contribute to enterprise architecture and design decisions.
  • Design and implement scalable system features that align with business goals and enterprise platform standards.
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, coaching, and career development planning.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver features aligned with sprint goals.
  • Participate in hiring activities and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Ensure strong testing, performance, and security practices while driving continuous improvement across development processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience leading development teams within Agile environments.
  • Experience with TypeScript and SPA frameworks, such as Angular.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level architectures including RESTful APIs, integrations, and complex business processes.
  • Strong background designing and deploying cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred) including serverless services, messaging, logging, and storage solutions.
  • Experience working with both monolithic and microservices architectures, modern CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills working across multiple Agile teams.
